The Gwadar Airport Project required transporting 1000 TEU of general cargo and break bulk along the coast of Balochistan, battling significant hindrances such as lack of available equipment and infrastructural issues.
Challenge
The number one issue with delivering to the site was the lack of a transportation market and other related resources. This meant delivery had to be planned in a way that anticipated and tackled any possible complication while enroute. Security was also a major concern considering the given conditions and circumstances within Balochistan.
Solution
For this project, our team of experts relied entirely on Sinotrans’ own low bed trailers and heavy-duty cranes, and arranged specialized security to provide point-to-point coverage for both cargo and personnel.
